[Board-2018] Constitutional Changes

Good Afternoon,

Yes, the Red Sox won again...I love it!!!!!

Attached is the wording for the agreed upon changes to the constitution.
It is basically two changes to one article ( Article XII).  They are two
separate issues, thus there will be two changes that will be voted on.

If there is ANYTHING that you see that should be changed, do not hesitate
to bring it up.  We want this to be the best that it can be for the
members.

Once final agreement is in hand, the secretary can do her thing.
