I agree with Roy, we need a fall back fixed increase if the change does not pass.   

 

I will  not be at the next board meeting as I will be on the cruise.

I will be out of town from Aug 2 to Aug 7, so I have attached the agenda for the BOD meeting on Aug 9.  Also attached, is the most current wording of the proposed amendments for the annual meeting.  Please review to ensure that we have captured exactly what we want to present to the membership.

As always, if you have agenda items please get them to me and if you are unable to be there, please let me know.  Our esteemed secretary will not be there so plan on speaking clearly into the microphone....
