[Board-2018] Request

Good Morning Sir,

Thank you for your letter of July 18, 2018 to the Board of Directors of the
Portsmouth Yacht Club.  The Board has carefully reviewed the information
presented and unfortunately must deny your request.  This type of request
has been made before, and since it does not comply with the established
rules of the club, it can not be approved.

We wish you and your family a safe summer, and please give our regards to
your son as we wish him a speedy recovery.
