Good afternoon,
Thank you for sending along this message. Even though I also sympathize, It is a slippery slope as Dan mentioned. All of the required insurance & licensure issues Art identified should be addressed immediately.
 Eric should be invited to join and/or have a member with him. He could apply to be a member & have his Dad pay the fee & then he can use the launch. 
Looking forward to the Parade of Sails tomorrow.
