[Board-2018] Agenda Dish Sanitizer.

I spoke to Paul Roy.  This machine is 4 years old, and is a Dishwasher not a sanitizer.  Summit is not an authorized dealer.   He spoke to Doug at NH restaurant supply, (www.nhrestequip.com/ <http://www.nhrestequip.com/>  ) where we bought it and they can send out an authorized technician to look at it.  Paul said he did not feel he had authority to schedule a service call, but I’m sure he would be happy to schedule a call or we can call Doug and schedule it ourselves.   I don’t think Summit has our best interest at heart here!!

I have a new Agenda Item – The dish washer (sanitizer) appears to have died, or on life support.  The unit is Italian manufactured.  Summit Supply has the service contract this made three service. They indicated there is nothing more they can do.  They referred us to Ace Service who refused to come out indicating the unit is obsolete and parts are not available.  It’s my understanding this unit was purchased used.

 

This is out of my scope of expertise. I will make a couple of calls to see what I can come up with.

 

If anyone has information on dish sanitizers’ or who I can talk with it would be greatly appreciated.
