[Board-2018] Service dogs

This is interesting, to say the least.
Coming from the aviation sector, I fully understand Dan's comments. "Real"
service dogs, I have no problem with. If they are there for emotional
support, no way. We can give them a drink for emotional support....not a
politically correct comment, but I do not care.
