You can buy “certificates” online (https://www.ebay.com/itm/SERVICE-DOG-CERTIFICATE-SERVICE-ANIMAL-ID-CERTIFICATE/263621627231?hash=item3d6112cd5f:g:uYoAAOSwCGha2hwy_ ) My wife has to deal with this all the time as part of United Airlines crew. As you know, the airlines finally cracked down on certain animals and dog breeds, but suits have been brought under the ADA. I think the addition to the rules is a good idea, but know that there is no “official” recognition, certification or agency that handles this. It’s the wild west.
