NH RSA 167-D “It’s lawful for any service animal to accompany his or her handler or trainer into any public facility, housing accommodations, or place of public accommodation to which to which the general public is invited, subject only to the conditions and limitations . We are a private club – As Rear Commodore I recommend to add verbiage to Club House Rules Section 1 section 9: Allowing certified / registered service animals in the club house or add wording service dogs are exempt.
