In case I'm not able to make the meeting in time for the steward issue 
to be taken up, I want to offer this input for consideration after 
speaking with Jerry last night:
For the sake on continuity of club operations and planning this late in 
the game, we should offer Frieda the position without further delay. If 
she accepts, yet will have times she can't be present, Jerry pledged his 
presence _whenever_ this happens, for smooth disruptive-free operation.  
If Frieda declines our offer, then Jerry would like to continue, and 
promises he_will_ get his launch license next year.  I firmly believe 
Jerry _cares_ deeply about the club and wants what's best for it.
