[Board-2018] Steward Position

Sorry all, I was off email for a few days and just seeing all of this!
I agree with Laurie and Pat!
How I read it and correct me if I’m wrong but he (Jerry) is only going to leave if Frieda gets the job?  That just sounds odd to me.  If we have a letter on file that he is leaving then he can’t just switch it up.  We would have to allow him to stay, not the other way around.
I think Frieda will do an amazing job and does not need a season of mentoring... a few weeks and she’ll be just fine!
