[Board-2018] Steward Position

My position has always been to offer the job to Frieda before we start searching for someone else. Jerry should not be able to hold us hostage…..he’s given his letter and we need to honor that.  I believe Frieda will take the job. No one trained Jerry…..or Sally for that matter. Frieda certainly needs little or no training. I totally agree with Pat…..hire from within and make sure Frieda knows she must be able to instruct the kids unlike Jerry who never wanted to…he always wanted to be their friends.
