[Board-2018] Steward Position

This is better than I hoped for.....great feedback on an important issue.
We can do remote meetings (only kidding).  All comments are on point and
this is why we have a BOD and not a dictator.

No steward decisions have been made other than to form the search
committee.  The only reason I sent info out is that I did not want the BOD
to be told about the new decision made by Jerry 2 or 3 months from now.
Better to deal with it at the present time.  Again, my attachment was ONLY
to provide new information and to throw out some issues that we may want to
think about.
