[Board-2018] Front Hall Carpet

Good Afternoon,

The BOD has spoken.

Laurie, if you would be so kind as inform Nancy Jackson that we appreciate
the offer to help out with the front hall carpet, but at this time, the BOD
wants to replace it when we do the main room as well. This is the decision
of the board, but again, we really appreciate her offer.
