[Board-2018] Fwd: Carpet for front Hall - PYC

I appreciate the work that Mary Pat & Jay have put in to refreshing the entry & bathrooms. I agree with Art & would add my voice to others that the carpet needs to have an ‘elegant’ presentation & unite the entrance with the dining/bar area. Also, I have a conservative approach & caution against allowing individual members to take on or pay for ‘pet projects’. Major projects & expenditures (like carpet replacement with $10,000 estimated) need to be approved by BOD.
I hope we can put this item on hold for awhile.
