[Board-2018] Meeting Summary

First of all, I want to thank everyone for your perseverance, patience and
input at our last meeting.  These are interesting times for the BOD and I
thank all of you for your service to the club.

1. Slip, mooring and dinghy document review for signatures, etc.  No rush
on this  (Art)
2. New dinghy agreement.  We agreed too late to change this year, but input
will be collected to format an update.  Would like info by the September
BOD Meeting.
3.  V/C Dowey will lead a search committee for a new steward.  Results and
recommendations to be made by August BOD meeting.
4.  Staffing and Salaries.  Summary to be sent by Commodore to BOD.
5.  Sailing event approved.  Capt. Small will provide oversight to this
event.
6.  PYC Internet security.  Roy and Chris W.
7.  New hot water heater and freezer.  R/C to provide pricing and BOD will
approve via internet voting.
8.  Flood insurance.  Commodore will investigate our coverage due to the
flooding.
9.  R/C asked BOD to consider time clock for hourly employees.
