[Board-2018] Revised dinghy agreement

Greetings,
I am not sure that requiring a 12 ft. painter for each dinghy. While I understand that it might reduce bunching up, it will allow others that position their dinghies at the far end of dock 18 and permit them to swing to the river side of dock 18  which is not permitted. We had a problem last year in that many dinghy owners wanted to be towards the end of dock 18 (for an obvious reason) and that resulted in some of them laying their painter over the dock thus permitting the dinghy to be on the river side of the dock. As you may recall someone even removed the "No Dinghy" sign from the end of Dock 18!

Thank you for the updated  the agreement.
 
I would like the following added:  All dinghies must have a twelve (12) foot painter (Bow Line).
 
Reason for the addition; provide additional dinghies and reduce bunching up.
