[Board-2018] BOD Meeting Summary

Good evening,
I'm looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow night but until then the
attachment has some consolidated data and hourly wage grid FYI.
It is offered as a starting place to guide some of the salary/hiring
decisions that the R/C and Board need to make.
If you have any questions, I'm happy to share my thinking.
