[Board-2018] Meeting IOU's

I apologize for the e-mail barrage, but there are three issues that I
missed on my last meeting summary.

1)  Dinghy committee.  Dan

2)  Slip, mooring and dingy agreement review.  Art

3)  MOA's for employees.  I have mixed emotions requiring parents to sign
anything.  I would like to assume that proper decorum would be practiced by
the parents of club employees and if not, handle it on a case by case
basis.  My view only on this.  I believe the Rear Commodore said he would
ponder this issue.
