Dan 2) Slip, mooring and dingy agreement review. Art 3) MOA's for employees. I have mixed emotions requiring parents to sign anything. I would like to assume that proper decorum would be practiced by the parents of club employees and if not, handle it on a case by case basis. My view only on this. I believe the Rear Commodore said he would ponder this issue. Thanks, Glenn -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... There has been no firm decision on any salaries as of yet. My numbers were merely based on ranges that we paid last year to serve as a starting point to establish a realistic salary structure for the club. The feeling of the BOD is to establish a salary budget and construct salary ranges based on longevity and qualifications to fit within that budget. Thanks...we need all of the input possible on this issue, Glenn On Sat, Mar 17, 2018 at 5:22 PM, Ron Laurence - Blueberry Bay Farm < info at blueberrybayfarm.com> wrote: > > Glenn: > Again, I am never at the club during the day, and have no experience with > the boating goings-on, but I think bar tender salaries should be no more > than $10/hr.
