Glenn:
Again, I am never at the club during the day, and have no experience 
with the boating goings-on, but I think bar tender salaries should be no 
more than $10/hr.  In recent years they appear to make out very 
handsomely with tips, and there might be/may have been resentment by 
other staff who feel they work just as hard, if not harder physically. 
(NH law allows tipped wait staff people to earn less than minimum wage).
