[Board-2018] BOD Meeting Summary

Happy St. Patrick's Day,

I have no Irish blood, but I will drink a Guinness....

Thanks for your time at the meeting and I know we will have minutes but
just a short list of IOU's:

1)  Job descriptions.  Art has sent what we have out (thank you sir).
Please review for updates/changes and we will decide at the next meeting.
2)  Pay ranges.  My view of pay:
Entry level employee (no launch license) $10 - $12 per hr.
Launch license employee.  $12 - $14 per hr.
Dock master.  $15 - $20 per hour
Bar tenders.  $10 - $13 per hr.
For present long time employees that are returning I would prefer NOT to
cut their pay if we are able, but we have to start with definitive pay
bands to get our pay under control.  I have NO experience in setting
civilian pay, so please take my input as only a starting point for
discussion.
3) J-24 sailing event.  Jeremy will send out concrete info from John
McCormack
4)  Jeremy send wait list launch agreement for review
I will send minutes of steward meeting in separate e-mail
