Subject: [Board-2018] Club Damage

Jerry sent me a note indicating that the WIFI system on the front of the
club was blown off and I went today to collect the pieces.    I also noticed
that the siding at the top front of the club has been blown off and will
need to be replaced.

 

We will need to replace the wifi system which should cost around $100.

I was contacted by One Sky today.  If the storm causes problems, they will
be closed on Thursday and we will be unable to access the building.  I
asked to be notified as soon as possible if this takes place.  If we can
not get in, we will reschedule the meeting.  Please look at your e-mail
before leaving for One Sky.  If there is nothing, we will have the meeting.

If needed I can host at COVE downtown on maplewood (36 maplewood, across
from Steward Partners). Would likely be easier than rescheduling and can be
done on short notice.
