I don’t have the key to the Winter locks so couldn’t get in but there’s a pretty good amount of water in and around the outside of the club. Sending over a few pictures. There was some water in the shed that I saw, not sure what the inside of the club itself looks like. It doesn’t appear it’s high enough to have standing water in the club but definitely a potential for some moisture getting in. I have been in and out of club during and after the various storms; February 14th, March 1-3, we are very fortunate we have had only minor damage and issues. These storms have tested the structural integrity of the club; she has done well! it's a true testament to the care and maintenance she has received over the years. However these storms did highlight areas that need our attention. . The shed after the February 14th (Not sure of exact date) had a foot of water, and some water after each storm. Need to address the shed wall facing the ocean. . Hot water heater room - Had 1 foot of water (same time frame as above), and some water after each storm. Need to make this room water tight. . WI Fi Antenna -as reported by Roy Briscoe, earlier. Needs to be replaced. . After March 2nd storm six (6) of the dock pilings are swaying back and forth. . The ramp transition to the dock has to be reinstalled and secured. . March 2nd storm damaged the white fence along Piscataqua Road. At least five (5) horizontal boards were blown off. Upon further inspection a number of the posts need to be replaced, due to rot. Maybe I shouldn't say this winter lock has been off while doing the upgrade to the bathrooms. Plus it has saved me several trips from Durham. Thanks again for all your observations and photos.
