[Board-2018] Salary Data

 Board,

Attached is a breakdown of staffing needs and salary I have put together
based on the numbers provided and my experience at the club as a member and
former staff and dock master.  The schedule format is not perfect but
allows you to visualize the needs, these hours would be shifted the cover
needs.  One example of this would be Wednesday nights there is probably not
the need for someone from 10-4 but would be more effective to have someone
from 3-9.  If people have any feedback I will add in to the analysis.
