 Board,

Attached is a breakdown of staffing needs and salary I have put together
based on the numbers provided and my experience at the club as a member and
former staff and dock master.  The schedule format is not perfect but
allows you to visualize the needs, these hours would be shifted the cover
needs.  One example of this would be Wednesday nights there is probably not
the need for someone from 10-4 but would be more effective to have someone
from 3-9.  If people have any feedback I will add in to the analysis.

Could I get a clarification on Jerry's salary: I thought when he wanted to change the terms two years ago he was getting $600 a week, $15/hr, in-season and then $300 a week during the off season. The salary list now shows he is getting $900/week (I calculated $787/week) year round? Am I miss-remembering the numbers or did the terms get re-negotiated last year?

Glenn,  attached is the Executive Session in 2016 where the Steward salary was discussed.  I know the Steward collects unemployment, but don't know how this decision affected that.


I am sending this to you only for now because there have been questions about agreements and so you can decide what you want to do with this information.
