The prospective buyer offered $5,400.00 I set the $6,00.00 figure, and the terms as Glenn said below to entice him. Also, no equipment goes with the boat, including the stands.

Good Afternoon,

 

We have an offer of $6000 for the launch.  It will stay on our property until docks in and we will put it in the water for the new owner.  The broker gets $600, leaving us $5400.

 

If this is acceptable, please let me know.  If you feel we should wait it out for more, please let me know that as well.  Just e-mail me as I would like to get an answer back to the broker.
