[Board-2018] Crosby Launch

Glenn,
We should accept the $6,000.00 offer. I don't believe there is a big market for a used launch. 

Couple of questions:
• Has the launch been winterized?
• When is the sale complete? Now or at 2018 docks?
• Insurance - who is carrying the insurance on the Launch while it's on our property?
