[Board-2018] Crosby Launch

Good Afternoon,

We have an offer of $6000 for the launch.  It will stay on our property
until docks in and we will put it in the water for the new owner.  The
broker gets $600, leaving us $5400.

If this is acceptable, please let me know.  If you feel we should wait it
out for more, please let me know that as well.  Just e-mail me as I would
like to get an answer back to the broker.
