[Board-2017] Launch and Waiting list members

Board,

Can we add to the agenda for Thursday a discussion on waiting list members having the use of the launch?  I the past, it had been practice to allow members in waiting the use of the club launch.  Currently this practice is not being honored and it is my opinion we should allow it and generate revenue from the members in waiting by charging $300 for seasonal launch use or one off rate.  Our dock staff has shown this summer that they are not too busy for this as they have time to sit in the dock house while boats are coming and going from the dock.  And from what I can tell the launch is not being over used.
