What if we contact the 2 people who are interested first and see what they will offer and if it is not acceptable then we give the listing to Annie. If we sell it ourselves for 8K we will save ourselves an $800 commission.

Creating an offer to purchase is pretty basic and could probably be found online or maybe Annie would give us one to use.
