Hi all,
I think she should offer her services as a member of the club without profit. Other members have done good deeds for the club at no profit?? I think we should go for the 10K. Let's contact the people that have already expressed an interest. If we need her in the future than we can contact her?Also, question, do we need three launches? No! do we need two launches? Maybe not. We have a new launch; the reliability should be excellent. If maintained properly by an experienced dealer we should have not problems for many years. How many launch drivers do we have on duty at any one time, one occasionally two. Maybe we should think about selling the slow and existing fast launch??Something to think about.

I have been looking at some used Crosby prices.  We should start at $12,000
and floor it at $10,000.  As far as a commission, I can see all points of
view, but at the end of the day, I want it sold this year, so if she can do
that, I am OK at 10%

I agree we should try to contact the interested people and Anneke Jan's.
Also maybe we really only need the new launch and could cut down on
staffing. If all fails in contacts give it to Annie and ask for a better
commission cut.

I agree with Mike, we need to look at the  people who have already expressed interest.  No need to give 10% away!!  
I understand the work she would have to do and expenses but not for names we already have.  
Also we could offer her 5% if these three fall through.

What if we contact the 2 people who are interested first and see what they will offer and if it is not acceptable then we give the listing to Annie. If we sell it ourselves for 8K we will save ourselves an $800 commission.

Creating an offer to purchase is pretty basic and could probably be found online or maybe Annie would give us one to use.
