[Board-2017] Constitution/By Law Updates

I don't understand the rationale for Alonso's amendment other than his
change of status.   I think this requires some discussion.   Do we want to
create a new membership category?   Why?   Might this open new spots for
younger, more active members? 

 

Lots of questions.

When going through the proposal I noted that not all the proposed changes
were in red. So I updated those changes with underling and making them red,
so it is easier to spot all the changes.

 

Do we know how many members this proposal would effect, as written, other
than the Alonso's?

 

What if the age limit was set at 80 instead of 85?

 

One more thought: Who would submit a member for Senior Membership?
