[Board-2017] Cancellation of BOD Meeting

The Board of Director's meeting scheduled for tomorrow, August 10th, is canceled. Under our By-Laws, Article II, Section 3, six Directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. There will not be a quorum. Therefore, the August Board meeting will now be held on Thursday, August 24th at 1830 hrs.
