[Board-2017] Proposals for PYC

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend this months meeting.   We are on vacation and I'm not sure if I will be back in town that night.

I agree with Ron regarding Deb Gebows proposal.  I do feel there should be a time limit and not left open ended.

As for Roys proposal, I agree with it as written.
