We should get the legal opinion for sure.

This was discussed in previous years....from my memory...

Snacks and drinks are no tax...just like getting something at 7-11 in NH

If the lunches are not for profit and club members only, it is not subject to tax.....again, only from when we discussed this before.

I might be the only person who did not know we were selling drinks, candy and snacks in the dock house but...I am very concerned about getting in trouble with the state as we are also doing lunches and pay no taxes.
Am I wrong to worry?
