[Board-2017] Food sales

I looked up Chapter 78-A, Tax on Meals & Rooms (2015) Title V Taxation. It mentions some non- profit exemptions - for instrumentalities of the State of NH, the federal government, schools and medical facilities. This is for prepared foods. I agree that we should have Joe and/or Glenn check it out.
