I might be the only person who did not know we were selling drinks, candy
and snacks in the dock house but...I am very concerned about getting in
trouble with the state as we are also doing lunches and pay no taxes.
Am I wrong to worry?

    I don’t think the snacks in the dockhouse are subject to tax, but I too am worried about the meal tax.  However it opens a whole can of worms about a food service license, etc.

 Let's consult one of our legal  members. Art are you there?? your thoughts ??  I don't think this is a problem. Do we file with the state every item we sell🙃  what are the the policies??

We should get the legal opinion for sure.

This was discussed in previous years....from my memory...

Snacks and drinks are no tax...just like getting something at 7-11 in NH

If the lunches are not for profit and club members only, it is not subject
to tax.....again, only from when we discussed this before.
