I was told while doing Vice for two years that when the club was rented they had use of the parking lot. That was always my advice to the renters. I believe the club was not rented last night but a member invited members to participate in a event. I could be wrong? The police chief told me he was told anyone could park in the lot during private events. However if this was not a club rental, it certainly adds to the confusion. Perhaps we should clarify both this issue and the two car issue in the rules.
