Hi Dan,

 

There are two references to the parking lot in the House and Docks Rules.  I've highlighted both.  The second reference is near the end under Section III, Functions and Clubhouse Rental Rules.

SO I went to the club tonight and there was a private party, and the lot was packed.   I asked the police chief why there were non-members parked in the lot, and he told me that he was told it was OK for private parties.

 

I know of no rule that allows non-members to park in the lot, however I’m checking to see if this is true.
