[Board-2017] Proposed changes for liability protection

Art has reviewed various areas that we have to change at PYC to limit its potential liability to members and others for negligence. The attached (8) items are not Constitution or By-Law changes. Please review and if we all agree we can have all of the "agreements" changed before the season opens. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!
