Dave, I   would   like  to   know  how   Jerry   knew   about  myself   negative   vote. I received  a    lengthy  note about being   a   friend  and how could I vote against  his request. Tony

I did not receive an email, however, I assumed that would have been keep
amongst the board.  This is concerning if votes are public knowledge.
