Yes,   we've used Devine Milnmet in Manchester for the issues with the Corps
of Engineers.   I can't remember the attorney's name, but I will check.
(Paul Goldberg may know but he's traveling)

Can't help with the attorney unless you want to try mine up in Dover, but they will probably charge.


Also keep in mind the more we are insured for the more we can be sued for and the only ones who make out are the attorneys and the plaintiffs while we pay extra every year for them to make more money.  It might be interesting to see what the statistics are where the plaintiffs sue for more than the insurance and the defendants are small businesses or entities like PYC as opposed to mega corporations with very deep pockets.

I favor a review, but I agree with Justin, is there any way of finding out
what other yacht clubs carry for insurance?  I know that we need it, but I
do not feel that we are in a high risk endeavor at the club.
