[Board-2017] Nominating committee

Nancy - 
I was just following the By-Laws - Article I, Section 12. The immediate Past Commodore is the chairperson and two Past Commodores selected by the Commodore with the advice and consent of the BOD's. I felt that you, Andy Courteau and Ken Jones would work well together to present a recommended list of nominees to serve on the board next season.

How did there get to be a nominating committee as I have not put one together? I have always been under the impression it was the past commodore committee.
