[Board] Quick question

I thought next year, maybe pay ½ at the start and ½ at the end or actually make it similar to the secretary and treasurer payment schedule.

Yesterday we approved the position for Communications with a salary of $650 per year.  Is this going to begin with the 2017 season?  That was my take ... but now I am not sure that is correct.  And, are we going to give her a check for $650 at the beginning of the season or figure out a payment plan?
