Mr. Murphy,

As a member of the Portsmuth Yacht Club I regret incidents involving our
boat club.  As club Commodore, I want to inform you that the Board of
Directors has discussed the matter fully and considered all the points you
raised in your phone call to me, as well as information from others
familiar with the facts.

It it the view of the Board that no action is required or should be taken
because it is really a personal and family matter not a club matter. In
light of the Board's decision a meeting between us would be of little
assistance.

We recognize that you will have to decide what action, if any, you think is
reasonable to take under these circumstances.
