[Board] Special PYC Board Meeting

HI everyone,
 Trying to follow up on our conversation at last Thursday Board meeting.
We felt it was important to have a special meeting with no time constraints
to go over constitution potential changes along with changes to the Club
House rules.

Joe we would really be happy if you could attend this meeting and let us
know if we are on the right track before we proceed.

Possible dates August 23, 24, or 25th.  If we could meet at 6 or 6:30 we
could have pizza or sandwiches brought in.  You all said any day would be
fine so let's pick one and Joe you are the wild card.

Carole could you please send Joe the informational changes we have
considered that already have questions.

I hope to hear from you all quickly.
