I still believe she needs an interview...it has been over 40 years and
basically no one seems to know her.  With Whit's I believed his membership
was good until December and when the new dues came out his membership came
into offer.

Yes, with that span of time, she should fill out the application and sit for an interview.
I would also like to know how many friends she has at the club and if any would sponsor her.  Is she applying as individual or family membership?

Barbara Franzoso has submitted a complete application and is sponsored 
by Susan Zuckert and Neeley Gray. I have received information from 
John Pappas, George Almgren, and Gladys Butterworth that they knew 
Barbara and Walter Dunfey at PYC in the 1970's. They knew her, but there 
is no record as to how she and Walter resigned. Presumably in good standing. 

The consensus seems to be that Barbara should have an interview by the 
Membership Committee. 

I will send her a letter to tell her that is the disposition of the Board of Directors.
