You have probably already read the 6 email responses we have received but here is a summary, which might be a little cryptic:

DG      30                                      1/5 (1 reinstate for every 5 waitlist that get in)
JM      26      reinstatement wait list         No limit                1/2 for 20, 1/3 for 30 based on how many on list
GM      21      no automatic membership         5               2/year
DB      30      no automatic membership         <=10 no sponsors, >10 sponsors          2/year
RL      26                      <=10 no sponsors, >10 sponsors          yes limit
RB      30      top of reinstatement list
but bottom of split partner list                <=10 no sponsors, >10 sponsors
then bottom of reinstate list           1/5

So we aren't in total agreement but it is good to get the conversation rolling and get all the ideas written down. I changed some my thoughts after seeing some of the responses.
