Hi everyone.  Well 7 of you cannot make tomorrow, 4 yes, 1 no answer yet.
I am guessing we put it off. Perhaps we could have a meeting when it is
convenient for you all or put it off until August when we already know
some of you will be missing and hope Joe or someone could look over our
thoughts before we have an informational meeting in Sept if that is what we
still think is a good direction.

Good Morning,
The board feels we need to have a special meeting leading to the October
Annual Meeting and really feels that we need your assistance.  Rumor has it
you are leaving the country for a while...is there any chance on the
spure of the moment you could do this Tuesday or Thursday evening.  There
could be pizza...does that help?  Around 6:30.
