I strongly support the request. If necessary, I am sure I can get a group together that will help with any clean up required. My thought is that this is a special event that the board can sanction as a one time activity. We have done this in the past. If we charge for the event, we violate the clubhouse rules which state that only Mondays and Thursdays are available for private parties.
